Performance wasn't terrible at stock but the Win 2 comes to life as it were once she's set to 12watts, 15watts is pointless imo as the GPU doesn't gain any more than 2-3 FPS at that point, the CPU performance is improved but not enough to take the extra heat and battery loss. Also PCSX2 emulation is perfect 12 watts, full speed rendering 720p 4xAA in all games, so is Dolphin, full speed with Wii&GC games 720p. There a good few games for instance stock setting where you will only see 15-20 FPS, but once you are 12watts you can play locked 30 FPS. I think the FPS performance gains 12 watts are well worth the 45m-1hr battery hit though, I mean you are looking at 10-15 FPS more in most games and that's really significant for the win 2, not to mention perhaps more importantly minimum frames are much higher and more consistent making for smooth gameplay.
